Our signature PHIITKID Classes combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with playful, kid-friendly exercises to create an engaging and effective workout. Wanting a personalised program catered to you. Our coaches are experienced in strength and conditioning, personalised programs suited for your own personal goals, as well as PT sessions and athlete specific training.

STEP CLASSES
